Do you sell wholesale only, or to households too?

Our main business is wholesale: retailers, distributors, caterers, restaurants and exporters. We also pack consumer sizes (1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg) that shops sell under our label.

Where is the rice milled?

At our own rice mill in Mandi Faizabad, Lahore. Before taking on the mill we had our paddy processed at other mills on production charges; milling in-house now lets us control grading, polishing and packing ourselves.

Which basmati is best for biryani?

Extra-long grains with high elongation that stay firm during dum cooking. Our Classic and Super Sella are made for this: aged, so the grains separate cleanly and hold their shape.

What is the difference between basmati and sella?

Sella is basmati that has been steamed and parboiled before milling. It stays firmer under heat and heavy handling, which is why restaurants and caterers prefer it. Regular (raw) basmati has a softer bite and stronger aroma.

Why is aged basmati better?

Ageing lowers moisture and firms the starch inside the grain. The result is deeper flavour, greater elongation and grains that do not clump. Our premium grades are aged at least twelve months.

Do you supply salt and spices as well?

Yes. Himalayan pink salt and refined white salt, plus ground spices such as red chilli, turmeric, coriander and garam masala, in retail packs and 25 kg bulk bags.

What pack sizes do you offer?

Rice in 1, 5, 10, 20, 25 and 50 kg. Salt in 800 g, 1 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg. Spices from 50 g retail jars and pouches up to 25 kg bulk.

Can you pack under our brand (private label)?

Yes, above a minimum order quantity. Send us your artwork and required sizes and we will quote packing and lead time.

Do you export?

Yes. Ask for an export quotation with the grade, quantity and destination port and we will quote FOB Karachi or CIF.

How should rice be stored?

Dry, cool and off the floor. Aged basmati keeps for well over a year if kept away from moisture.
